Refund & Returns Policy
At Albedous Infosystem Pvt Ltd, we sell digital products, software, plugins, source code, LMS solutions, and related services. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or activated.
If you experience a major technical issue, receive a non-functional product, or face a licensing problem caused by our system, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and may provide a refund or replacement if necessary.
Refunds will not be provided for issues related to server configuration, third-party plugin/theme conflicts, lack of technical knowledge, change of mind, or custom modifications made after purchase.
Custom development services, installation services, consulting, and completed project work are non-refundable once work has started.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, or violation of our terms.
